Ipswich Sports Club is delighted to announce its latest installment of World Class Squash. Between 30th April and 5th May, ISC will be welcoming some of the World’s best squash players to Suffolk when it hosts the inaugural ISC Seven Telematics Open, an event on the PSA World tour calendar.
The PSA (Professional Squash Association) is the governing body of men’s professional squash and has a World tour calendar with events over all five continents and a total tour prize fund of over $3,000,000. The ISC Seven Telematics Open is a PSA $5k event and as such has attracted some of the best competitors from the UK and beyond in what promises to be a spectacular conclusion to the season. Our very own Head Squash Professional and former World Number 20 Joey Kemp will be competing as he aims to win our first ever PSA event. In addition Josh Turmel will be in the main draw, with four other local players in the qualifying; Ali Livingstone, Ben Turmel, Ryan Betts and Jamie Goodrich.
The qualifying rounds are FREE and start on Tuesday 30th April. Qualifying continues on Wednesday May 1st and the main draw starts on Thursday, May 2nd. Quarter finals are on Friday 3rd, Semi Finals on Saturday 4th and then the Grand Final on Sunday 5th May.
Tickets are available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a day, or alternatively you could secure one of a limited number of 30 tickets that will ensure you don’t miss a thing with access to all sessions.
